The Management Trainee program is 1 year with rotation in different functions and within divisions. Strong emphasis is placed on professional development through formal training and individual checks with HR, the program provides opportunities to gain exposure through hands-on assignment. Integration, which is a part of our Follow-up & Integration Track (FIT), includes a one-week corporate orientation, followed by direct field assignments in Sales, projects on Marketing and attachment with other functions such as Category Management, Market Research, Finance and Supply Chain. Mentors will also be allocated to provide guidance and support during the course of the program.
